1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to bet8, an online gaming platform operated and owned by bet8 Group. The platform is accessible via the official bet8 website and the bet8 mobile app, available for Android and iOS devices.

By accessing, registering, logging in, or using any part of the bet8 platform — whether for gaming, viewing content, or simply browsing — you hereby agree to be fully bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are advised not to use the bet8 platform. Continued use following any amendment shall be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

2Registration Eligibility

To register and use the bet8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. bet8 reserves the right to request written proof to verify any of the conditions below at any time:

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. bet8 enforces a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• One account only: Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) bet8 account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. False information may result in immediate account closure.
• Non-bet8 employees: Employees, agents, or representatives of bet8 and its affiliated companies are not permitted to open gaming accounts.

Bet8 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Required documents may include your national ID, passport, or other valid supporting documents.

3 Member Account

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. bet8 recommends that you use a strong, unique password and never share your login details with anyone.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the bet8 customer service team immediately. bet8 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

• A bet8 account is for the personal use of the registered owner only
• You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any other party
• Bet8 reserves the right to freeze an account for security review purposes if suspicious activity is detected
• The KYC verification process must be completed before any first withdrawal is processed
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to maintenance fees or closure

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Bet8 supports a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including bank transfer (FPX), eWallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost, as well as DuitNow. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit: Funds deposited into your bet8 account are available immediately upon payment confirmation. The minimum deposit is MYR 30 per transaction. bet8 does not charge any fees for deposit transactions.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes for accounts that have completed full KYC verification. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same member's name.

• Minimum withdrawal: MYR 50 per transaction
• No maximum monthly withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited
• Bet8 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding a specified amount
• If fraud is suspected, bet8 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals while an investigation is conducted

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Bet8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each promotion has its own clearly stated terms and conditions on the Promotions bet8. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirement: Bonuses must be wagered in accordance with the specified number of rollover rounds before withdrawals are permitted. Wagering requirements vary by promotion type.
• Validity period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonuses not used within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.
• One bonus only: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

The general game terms applicable across the bet8 platform are as follows:

• All games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness and randomness of game outcomes
• Game results are final once a round is completed and cannot be disputed on technical grounds beyond bet8's control
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, bet8 will use server records to determine the valid outcome

7 Acceptable Member Conduct

• Collaborating with other members to manipulate game outcomes (collusion)
• Registering more than one bet8 account to obtain multiple bonuses or advantages
• Using another person's personal information to register or access the platform
• Any form of fraud, including the use of stolen credit cards or bank accounts
• Distributing seditious, obscene, or offensive content through the platform

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary closure by member: You may close your bet8 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid account balance will be returned to you once the review is complete, subject to the settlement of any active bets and compliance with these terms.

Closure or suspension by bet8: bet8 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Confirmation that the member does not meet the stipulated eligibility requirements
• Activities suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or collusion
• Request from regulatory authorities or law enforcement
• Inactive accounts exceeding the period specified in the inactive account policy

In the event of closure due to a breach of terms, bet8 reserves the right to withhold all funds in the account while an investigation is conducted and may forfeit those funds if fraud is confirmed.

9 bet8 Liability Limits

The bet8 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While bet8 strives to ensure uninterrupted platform operation, we make no guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, disruptions, or technical faults at all times.

• Bet8 is not responsible for any losses arising from technical disruptions beyond our control, including internet failures, power outages, or third-party issues
• Bet8 bears no liability for financial losses incurred by members as a result of their own betting decisions
• Bet8's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being submitted
• Bet8 is not responsible for unauthorised third-party access to a member's account resulting from the member's negligence in protecting their login credentials

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
